Founder/owner · Your first contact for support.
Speak out to NickiNicki.welsh@mindoverchatter.org.ukYou don’t need the perfect words. “I’m struggling” is enough to start.
Some days feel heavy. You might be anxious, overwhelmed, low, or simply unsure how to explain what’s happening. Whatever brought you here, you deserve kindness and a chance to be heard.

This is a place to pause, find support and start a conversation. You can speak out to Nicki, our founder/owner and first contact for support, Gary as your second contact, or Simon as your third contact. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
You do not have to wait until everything feels unbearable. Asking someone to listen is a brave step. Keep speaking out—your feelings matter, and so do you.
You could say: “I’m finding things difficult. I don’t need you to fix everything—I’d just like someone to listen.”
